Ailani Nelson '26 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was a little girl, I have known that I wanted to be a high-level gymnast, whether that was going elite or being at the collegiate level. My main goal now is to go to a good school and continue to do the sport that I adore: gymnastics. I would be a fantastic addition to any team as I have great leadership skills and talent in all of the events. I always remind myself that I am not perfect, and that's okay! There is always something that can be improved and there's always more skills to learn. My academics are excellent; this past year (my sophomore year), I got As in most of my classes except my HN (AP) US History class and my Accelerated Pre-Calculus class, where I got Bs. I have always excelled in school, and this is often shown through my test scores, where I earn grades above the average. I am very excited to continue pursuing gymnastics at the collegiate level for the experience and to end my gymnastics career on a high!
