I have loved gymnastics before I could even understand what gymnastics was. My mom always tells me stories of when I was a preschooler how I would just hang upside down from the coffee table to watch TV, or instead of playing with my toy kitchen I would do handstands up against it. My favorite part of going to the park as a young child was the bar that I would spend the whole time flipping on. I however got a late start to the competitive gymnastics world, but that late has not held me back from passion, determination, perseverance and hard work that I have put into this sport.  I am the oldest on my level at my gym, I have developed a leadership role in helping the other girls when they need it and boosting the moral. Gymnastic gives me a purpose! I feel as God gave me the love of gymnastics for a purpose and even though with my late start to competition gymnastics I can excel quickly with his guidance and hopefully take a spot on your team!
