Hailey Smith '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Hailey Smith! I started doing competitive gymnastics when I was 8 years old, I am now a level 9 gymnast at Redmond Gymnastics Academy and reaching my 10th year of gymnastics. Since I was a little girl, I've dreamed of doing college gymnastics. I love doing gymnastics and it has given me so many things such as starting friendships with some of my closest friends, to learning lessons about grit, perseverance, and confidence. I hold myself to high standards inside a classroom, in the gym, and anywhere else that involves participation. I want to be at a college that encourages students to be active in the school, the community, and as well as keeping up with schoolwork. I thrive best around people who are involved, supportive, and determined to accomplish their goals, and so I strive to be around those types of people.
