Personal Statement
I have played hockey since I was eight years old, and since then I have fallen in love with the sport. I currently play for the 14U A Vacaville Jets in Northern California and double roster for the Stockton Saint Mary's high school AAA girls team.
I am dedicated to both teams and strive to be a leader. I am coachable and a very hard-working athlete on and off the ice and do my best to lead by example. On the days I do not train on the ice I enjoy creating workouts and training with my team or independently.
Academically, I set high standards for myself, which pushes me to maintain a high GPA.
In college, I would like to study kinesiology, and psychology and get my coaching bachelor's degree. My goal is to continue playing hockey throughout college, playing D1 and after college, I would like to professionally train/coach athletes and pursue my hockey career.
