Hi! My name is Kathryn Karo and I was born and raised in Hingham, Massachusetts and started playing hockey when I was 3 years old. I'm currently a junior in high school playing for my public high school, Hingham High, and the Middlesex Islanders U19 Tier I team. Playing college hockey has always been a dream of mine since I was young and I continue to work towards that goal everyday. Whether it be in the gym or on the ice, I'm always willing to improve and work harder than anyone else. Some of my strengths include my tenacious work ethic, being open-minded to learn from coaches and players, and my ability to score. In the classroom, I am an honor roll student who loves science and math. I also love the feeling of making a positive impact on someone's life and helping others, therefore, I want to pursue a major in the medical field.
