Olivia Tucker '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Olivia Tucker and I am a Sophmore at Norwood High School. I have been playing hockey since I was 7.5 years old. I started playing for the Town of Norwood for both the boys and girls teams. At the start of my PeeWee Season I joined the Charles River Blazers Tier II team. I played for the Charles River Blazers for 3 years on their U12 Tier II and Tier I teams as well as their Tier II U14 team. For the 2022-2023 season I played club hockey for the Lovell Knights Tier I U14 team and on the Norwood High Varsity Team as a Defensive Starter. For the 2023-2024 season I played a half season for the Tier 1 Lady Militia and as a Defensive Starter for the Norwood High Varsity Team.

My dream is to play hockey in college while getting a degree in Education to become a 1st or 2nd grade teacher.  

I always strive to do my best whether it's in sports or academics. I am a hard worker and always give 100%. I think my Coaches would describe me as aggressive, fast, excellent hockey sense and positional play and I really excel at putting the team first. Being part of the team and succeeding together is truly the best feeling! Sharing in the defeats is equally as important as it allows you to grow as a player and teammate and helps to improve your overall game as well as the teams.
