Personal Statement

I have dreamed of playing hockey in college for as long as I remember, I have been playing since I was four years old. I am the person that never fails to make a teammate smile, and the person that would never in a million years talk back to a coach. I get straight A’s in school, and I aspire to be a surgeon in the future. I have always excelled in athletics and academics, but I never let that get in the way of being a good person. Eleven years ago when I started playing hockey, I never once looked back. Hockey is what made me who I am, It has changed my life for the better. I am blessed to have the opportunity to be apart of this amazing sport, and I am going to continue to be a part of it for as long as I possibly can.

I have been playing hockey since I was four years old (eleven years), I have been playing travel hockey for four going on five years.
10 years
I played house boys hockey for six years as a player, then went on to play girls 14u tier 3 when I was eleven years old as a player. Then 16u Tier three when I was twelve as a player, then 16u Tier 2 as a player, then 14u Tier 1 as a player, now 16u tier 2 as a goalie.
