Sophie Gable '25 Recruiting Profile

I am Sophie Gable,  My passion in life has always worked around hockey,  Being my grades, strength, mindset, and passion.  I strive towards greatness in all subjects for a positive outcome.   I have been playing the game of hockey from about age 5-6,  ever since the first time I continue to fall more in love each time.   As a past captain of my team, I've taken in many key details needed for a team leader and a good teammate,  Although being a team leader is a gift to me, the ability to learn and get better from my mistakes and being able to be coached is also.  

For training I Lift weights,  each day mixing it up with arms, legs, back, and core.  I also will add cardio to my workout with a run, or walk.   I love to take time for myself and rest like, yoga a simple stretch, and deep breathing will put me right back on track with a great mindset.  Along with stick handling and shooting pucks any time possible.  

Other than Hockey,  I play Golf and run track at my school.
