My name is Zoe Chadwick and I’m a Junior at Burnsville High School, class of 2020. I pride myself on being a good example for others and giving 100% to my commitments.
As an athlete, I started in gymnastics and added hockey shortly thereafter. In elementary school I switched from gymnastics to competitive volleyball, while still continuing my love for hockey. In 7th grade I played on the HS lacrosse team, then switched to the HS golf team in 8th grade, where I lettered in 9th and 10th grade and continue to play. All along I’ve continued to play hockey and have played for the HS team since 8th grade. I lettered my Sophmore year playing varsity and even being added to the power play.
As a student, there is nothing more important that putting school first and getting good grades in order to continue to have the opportunity to obtain a quality education and have a successful career that I can grow and be happy in. I’ve supported this goal by taking honors classes and making the A-honor roll consistently since 7th grade. I plan to continue on this course of challenging myself in the classroom to continue to have opportunities open to me.
I’m committed to working hard to achieve my goals and will not stop working until I do.
