Ever since I can remember, hockey has had a large impact on my life. As I progressed and got older, I desperately wanted to make sure that high school would not be the end of my hockey career. My passion for the game and love for the team, drives me to fulfill my dream of playing college hockey. On the ice, my ability to read the play and find the open player helps, both my team and I, succeed in games. For the past 2 years, I have played on the boys hockey which has drastically helped with my speed and agility, stepping up my game. This year I strive to make and play for my high school varsity team, winning another state championship. Academically, I'm very focused on excelling and always ensure that above all, my grades show it. I am an honor roll student, in the National Honor Society, as well as in NSHSS. I'm very serious about my future as an athlete and my intended major as an occupational therapist in the exercise and health sciences studies. I have been described as a leader by my team and whenever there is an issue, I tend to step up and accept the challenge.
My love for hockey pushes me to go 100%, every time I step on the ice, and cannot imagine my life without it.
