My name is Emma Dunn, I go Hollis Brookline Highschool and I’m 17 years old. I’ve been playing hockey for 12 years. I’ve only ever played boys hockey because that was the only thing a single in my arena. One pro of always playing boys hockey is being able to be physically and being able to keep up with bigger and stronger players. My dream is to play college or university hockey in New England. I’m hard working and extremely determined to do whatever it takes to make it. Hockey is my only sport so it’s my main focus year round. I hope to play on more teams throughout the spring and summer and transition into women's teams. Although I struggled academically my first 2 years of Highschool I am now an honor roll student averaging at an A. I hope to go into the Funeral service/Mortuary field for my associates and then earn my bachelors in science taking biology, anatomy or health sciences. I’m currently planning on attending Bridgewater state university to get my funeral service degree and want to go to a different school after I completed my 2 years so I can get a bachelors in science or business I hope playing for their club team will help me pursue my dream of playing at a ncaa level.
