Hello, my name is Jenna Lynch and I am currently a 17-year-old senior at Bishop Guertin High school. I am looking to graduate high school as a top scholar and begin a major in mechanical engineering and possible minor in exercise science as my goal is to eventually get into biomedical engineering and prosthetics, working with people to help improve their lives with technology and revolutionary bionics.
My athletic goal is to play at a top college or university women's ice hockey where I know I will be pushed hard and play with elite athletes. I am a very competitive player who works hard every single time I hit the ice. I can contribute wherever I am placed and many coaches who I have played under can attest to my work ethic, leadership, skill, and attitude on and off the ice. I have played competitively for almost 11 years and am currently playing for the top girl's hockey program in the United States: The East Coast Wizards as well as playing for my high school team. Although I focus a lot of time on improving my skills as an athlete, I realize that my academics will always come first and that they are crucial in the college journey. I have learned to balance the student-athlete life always making it on the honor roll by maintaining a strong GPA and never falling behind in my studies.
