In hope of reaching my goal to play for an NCAA D1 school, I have been working hard on and off the ice. I practice 3-5 times a week working on technical monvements, rebound control, and the basic fundamentals. Off ice I workout 1-2 a week on top of practices working on speed and agility. Also, off ice I have kept a 4.0 GAP for the last 3 years.
