Hockey has always been something remarkably significant to me. From the time when I was two, I was skating alongside my dad and brother. I also commenced playing hockey when I was five on my brothers’ team. I comprehended from a young age that hockey was going to be incredibly influential and important in my life. Increasingly since then, I would allocate each minute I could on the ice.
We won the Kanata girls hockey association competitive tournament where I was ranked first overall with five points. Nevertheless, we didn't qualify for provincials the same season. This was extremely humbling and taught me resiliency in addition to humility. This compelled me to mature as a teammate and as an individual.
I would like to find a school that will challenge me both in education and on the ice. As an individual, that is constantly learning and developing not simply as an athlete but also intellectually, I think I would be a worthy choice for a team at the college level.
