Hello, my name is Allison Brady and I have been in love with hockey since I was 7 years old. My family is very passionate about Sport, some would say we take the statement “eat, sleep and breathe hockey” to heart. With the unfailing support from family and friends my love for hockey has developed and grown as I learned to perfect my game. Additionally, several highly acclaimed coaches have helped me find my place on the ice as well as pushed me to become the best player I can be. Throughout my career I have played every position on the ice and consider myself a very diverse teammate.
I have played competitive hockey at many different levels currently including AA, and at the high school level A. Accomplishing more than 140 volunteer hours assistant coaching/assistant training for a youth team in my association, I enjoy aiding the community and inspiring young girls to Persue hockey.
Since hockey has been such a big part of my life to date, I don’t think I’ll ever be willing to give up on it, which is why competing at the college level is so important to me and I am willing to do anything to achieve it
Furthermore, academics have equally played a significant role in my upbringing, always being encouraged by my family and surrounding myself with academically oriented friends, I have managed to balance sports and school and succeed at both. Wining multiple awards upon grade school graduation such as valedictorian and the university level french award, I have continued this trend in receiving honour roll each semester throughout high school.
Due to perseverance, determination and my unwavering passion for hockey I am certain college hockey is the place for me.
