My goal is to play college hockey. I have a strong logical character. My coaches over the years have made suggestions to me on how to improve, not just for hockey but for my character. I have listened and applied their suggestions. Some might say I am quiet, but this only because I am focused on the task at hand. I am straightforward maybe to a fault. I attend North Yarmouth Academy, which plays in the NEPSAC league. NYA offers me a head start on others because of its academics and its strong commitment to the students. The school has kept us focused and active with practices and team workouts during the pandemic. They bring in special speakers. Just recently the boys and girls team had a zoom meeting with Dr. Tiff Jones one of the top mental trainers in the U.S. NYA has also offered me a challenging high school experience. Half way through Junior year I have an honors distinction and a 3.91 GPA while taking three AP classes. I am on track to get a STEM distinction. I am excited and open to new challenges.
