Since the day I played my first game in goal, I fell in love with the position and have done everything I can to become a better athlete, teammate and increase my lacrosse IQ. I have also placed a high value on my academic success throughout my life. I am not only a member of my high school's chapter of NHS but I am also a Link Crew Leader at my high school. Additionally, I have participated in the Biomedical program since I was a freshman and three years in the Spanish program. Despite numerous life changes during this time, I have earned a 4.2 GPA and scored a 28 ACT, 1220 SAT, and 1290 PSAT. Off the field, I volunteer in a variety of settings including at a no-kill animal shelter, daycare for children with developmental disabilities, and the Desert Challenge. At the Desert Challenge, I volunteer while athletes from across the globe compete against each other for a chance to represent their countries at the Paralympics. Through these opportunities, I have learned more about the world around me and discovered my passion for prosthetics and the interconnectedness and advancements of the modern world.

- In the fall, winter, and spring of 2020, I spent 5 hours a week lifting at school as one of my elective courses and also met with an Olympic powerlifting coach at his local gym twice a week for 2 hours. This training helped me grow stronger and more explosive in the cage.
