Kaia Hirvonen '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaia Hirvonen, I play for Team BC Lacrosse on the senior team. I hope to one day play lacrosse at the high level, while taking education courses to become a teacher. What makes me different from other lacrosse players is the 8 years I’ve been playing box lacrosse for. I started off playing as a player, then transitioning to playing full time goalie in box. This has allowed me to be better at lacrosse by having great hand eye coordination, and being smarter with the plays I choose to make on the field. I am always trying to improve myself in lacrosse and in school.
