My name is Lorna Fowles, and I’m a lacrosse player from Petaluma, CA. I’ve been playing lacrosse for 8 years and refereeing girls lacrosse for 3 years. I’ve played every position over the years, but my preferred position is goalie. When I’m not on my school’s lacrosse team, I drive two hours in order to play with a competitive club. I have also played soccer for nine years and equestrian riding for ten years. I feel all these experiences have made me into a stronger and more focused player with the ability to handle the pressure situation of the goalie position.
Although lacrosse is a passion of mine, art is just as important to me. I plan on pursuing a career in animation and am looking for a school that can provide me a good experience in both areas. The best environment for me would be one that allows me to balance my time between these two, and I am open to all Divisions.
