Lillian Peery '20 Recruiting Profile

As a prospective college student, I look forward to the challenges associated with a collegiate education as well as the opportunity to become a more worldly individual through the college experience and 'burst' out of the bubble that is my small hometown. As a high-performing student athlete I am driven both on and off the field. Throughout my 3 years of high school so far, I have maintained a 3.9 GPA while balancing the responsibilities of sports and holding down a job at a local coffee shop. I always tend to take leadership roles in all of my activities. I have been Class President for the past 2 years, and will be senior Class President again this coming year. I took on a leadership role as defensive captain on my lacrosse team this past Spring season, and when our team captain got seriously injured during a game, I assumed the position of team captain for the majority of our remaining games. As a player, I tend to maintain a positive and uplifting attitude whether it be during games or practices.
