Hello! I'm Skylar Rivera. I have been playing lacrosse since I was almost 11. I can play any position on the field. However, I am primarily a midfielder. I love to cause turnovers, play aggressively, fight for ground balls, and do my best to win.
Travel, I play with Limitless, and we have won numerous tournaments. I represented Limitless in the ESPN HighlightHER game spring of 2024.
I currently play for Steinbrenner High School where just completed my sophomore year and will be a junior this upcoming August. This year, I was a starting midfielder and out team went to regionals. I am a section leader and member of The Marching Warrior Brigade where we were invited to march in London's New Year Day Parade. I am first chair in the school's Wind Ensemble and the bass trombone for the Jazz Band too. I have an unweighted 4.0 GPA and a weighted 5.04 GPA.
I completed Walker Middle IB Magnet as a Golden Wolf (honor only given to 10 graduates) and principle's honor roll all 3 years. I was the 1st chair trombone for the Walker Wind Symphony, Hillsborough All-County Band, and a USF training camp. I graduated with several awards and where I started learning French which I continued into high school through French 3.
