Carly Neville '20 Recruiting Profile

        My goal at the collegiate level is to grow through challenge and not only meet, but surpass every expectation set. I would bring all I've got to represent the team while learning lifelong skills on and off the field. Since only having started lacrosse at the end of middle school, I have pushed myself to reach the same level as my teammates, who often have many more years of experience. Though I have not been playing for quite as long as others, I am willing to work exceptionally hard athletically, while balancing my time to exceed academically. I also believe that a good attitude paves the way to success, and that a great player is not just made up of physical strength or athletic ability, but a good mentality. A major part of the game is strong connection with your teammates and coaches, that is why I admire good character and a fun, loving personality so highly, and prioritize having these features stand out personally.
