Alexa Hildenbrand...Personal Statement
My name is Alexa Hildenbrand and I'm from Westbury, New York. As a multi-sport athlete, I have been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade. I am an extremely dedicated and motivated player, and I love the fast-pace and intensity of lacrosse.
Currently, I am a junior at W. Tresper Clarke High School. I compete in varsity lacrosse, as well as basketball and field hockey. I am a black belt in taekwondo and was previously ranked 2nd in the nation in my weight class and USA Taekwondo All American Athlete for sparring.
I am a highly coachable athlete who works extremely hard to improve my skills. As a team player, I am viewed as a leader both on and off the field. I consider myself goal-oriented and self-motivated.
As a student-athlete, I am looking for the right fit balancing school work and sports. My goal is to play lacrosse while majoring in Physical Education.
