My name is Maclaine Harker, and I have been playing box lacrosse for 5 years, I wanted to start playing field lacrosse as well. Last season was my first time playing field lacrosse and as soon as I started playing I loved it. I am extremely passionate about my academic and athletic career. I am hard working, a team player, and easily coachable. I have a very competitive edge and that helps me be able to think of smart plays on the fly while on attack and to play a more aggressive style of defence if i’m told to play that position. On my off season when I’m not playing field lacrosse, I’m playing hockey and box lacrosse. I’m currently on both competitive teams my school offers for Hockey and Lacrosse. Doing a lot of sports helps me stay active. I work hard to achieve my goals, on or off the field. In the classroom, I am dedicated to pushing myself to work hard and get the best grades possible. I wish to attend a college or university that will push me to do my best and better on and off of the field. I am open to attending a college or university of any division level, and find the right level of competition and challenge. I hope to inspire the same love I have for lacrosse in others.
