Caitlin Erbacher '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a good candidate for your team because I am a dedicated and hardworking individual. I never give up and I see everything out until the end. I have a good disposition and great tenacity. I am different from other recruits in character because I understand what it's like to be under intense pressure and I know how to handle it well. I love working out and running and make sure to do my best in everything with no complaints. Keeping team moral up is one of my specialties and win or lose I always make sure to keep a positive attitude. Whether it is in the classroom or on the field I listen and behave in a respectable manner. I am different from other candidates academically because I understand the importance of keeping grades up and being an excellent student while also excelling on the field.

My goal for the future is to become a military search-and-rescue pilot. I realize that getting into the military is tough, and everything I do is to make sure that I am prepared for the challenges that lay ahead. While I am in college I intend to make myself the best student and the best person of good, moral character that I can be. I plan to accomplish this on the field by leading my team to victory through good communication, leadership, and skill.
