I am a multisport athlete (11 high school sports this year plus club) and excel at every sport I try. I do every part of my life from sports to school to work at 150% and will always be one of the hardest working players whether it's a game or a practice. I have been a part of many provincial teams in many different sports and enjoy challenging myself. I discovered lacrosse in high school and fell in love with the sport and my goal is to play for a NCAA college. I want to attend a college where I can push myself and continue to grow as a player and person and find a path to reach my goal of being a sports medicine doctor. I have been told by coaches and teachers that I am very coachable, great to work with, an excellent teammate and that I lead by example. When I set my mind to something I am very driven, will put in the extra work and will not stop until I reach that goal.
I have always participated in high level sports starting in gymnastics and training 22 hours a week from the age of 8-10 years old. I trained and competed in crossfit as a 12 year old against adults and have been a part of provincial teams or all-star teams for gymnastics, track and field, football, lacrosse, basketball and handball. My second passion is track and field and I am currently the top rated 400m female athlete in my age group in my province and ranked second in pentathlon. Going into club season I am also ranked 1st in long jump and second in the 300m, 800m and 80m hurdles.
I work just as hard at school and have over a 90% average. I am enrolled in the AP program and am finishing my grade 11 math credit (pre-calculus) this semester as a grade 10 student.
I want to find a school that will continue to push me on the field and in the classroom. I am open to hearing from all schools about what they have to offer and how they can help me achieve my goals.
