Personal Statement

In fifth grade, I picked up a lacrosse stick for my very first time and by the end of the season, I was in love with lacrosse. This sport has helped me learn how to overcome fears and insecurities, and how to work towards a goal. It has taught me to lose with grace, and to be humble when I win. Lacrosse has lit a fire inside of me to become the best I can be and to work hard towards my goals every single day.

My academic goals for high school are to graduate with honors, maintain my 4.0 GPA, and go onto a great academic program that will help me become a successful lawyer. I am looking for a college that will challenge me academically, and a lacrosse program that has a positive environment, and wants to win! I believe that I can not only compete at the college level, but that my hard work, and willingness to do whatever my team needs from me will make me an asset for your program!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
