Bridget Bruckner '26 Recruiting Profile

I'm a determined hard-working player and a multi-sport athlete. I’m very coachable and I always have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.  On the lacrosse field, I'm an aggressive defender. I'm not afraid to get on the other team, and I am very loud on the field when communicating with my team. I fell in love with lacrosse in 7th grade when I picked up a stick for the first time. I now start varsity as a sophomore, and have been awarded player of the game multiple times, as well as the 2024 Breakout Player for the Varsity team, one of just 7 medal awards given for Varsity. I want to break the stereotype that the attack does the important work in a game, and show that defense is just as important, if not more. As the saying goes, offense wins games, defense wins championships. Off the lacrosse field, I'm a two time District Champion varsity cheerleader and a certified scuba diver, as well as an Honor Student. I enjoy giving back to my community by donating time to charity. I enjoy being part of a team and being the best version of myself that I can be, on and off of the lacrosse field!!
