2022 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Lani Filoon and I am a 2024 from Pittsburgh. I have been playing lacrosse since 4th grade. I would always play up in tournaments with my older sister's team. I am determined to excel at lacrosse. I play year round, up to 5 practices a week in the winter. I try to keep a stick in my hands during my free time, and I am often at the fields shooting around with friends. I lift weights several times a week, and I work on my cardio running cross country. I tried out for the Western PA National Tournament Team and made it. I am interested in participating in ROTC or studying sports medicine. I love the sport of lacrosse and hope to play it for as long as possible. I always ask what I need to do better and implement it as soon as I play. I am committed to play any division of lacrosse.
