I moved from California to Colorado in 2011 and started rowing in 2015. I've dropped my 2k time by 110 seconds since I started rowing. I'm aiming to row at a university that has a competitive team and great science programs so that I can fulfill my goals of racing in college and going into medicine. Since the fall of 2016 I am 100% committed to rowing.

Rowing at high altitude gives my 2k time a 12-second slower time than rowing at sea level.
My 500 m PR is a 1:48 and my 100 m PR is 20.0 seconds.
