- Being apart of a camp that was hosted by US Rowing, I was able to meet a variety of coaches and be taught by several different styles. I was able to further my development as a coxswain and learn past technical knowledge and motivation and more what makes an rower stronger and more effective in their strokes. It gave me an entirely new sense of how to improve as a coxswain and help my own crew at home.
