Personal Statement

My goal as a student is to attend a college that will provide the upmost programs for obtaining a pre-med or pre-dentistry degree for becoming an Anesthesiologist, Physical Therapist, or an Orthodontist (or Orthodontic assistant).

As a dedicated athletic in the sport of volleyball, I strongly believe that I would be a great addition to your team.  I am well-rounded in the sport of volleyball and am flexible and eager to learn as much as I can to improve upon my current skill level and also in areas of the sport that I am not as strong in.  My goals are to continue to improve on my leadership skills in the sport as well as in academics and within any social settings. I believe that being a leader is to first be a servant to those I lead. I must be able to understand the lowest of positions in order to achieve the goal and respect within the highest of positions. I believe working with my teammates and classmates so that everyone acheives their goals and has the resources to be a leader is what I bring to the table for any group or sport that I would take on.  I firmly believe the saying, "there is no I in the word TEAM". We must work together to achieve.

I always feel that it is necessary to push yourself. Learning to work well under pressure and difficult situations are the best learning tools that anyone can acquire and I feel that I have mastered the ability to embrace the good and the bad and create scenarios that project positive outcomes for myself and those around me. Volleyball is a part of who I am. I have spent many years working towards improving my skills to be the best option that anyone can be to play college ball. I am eager to continue learning and growing and to work hard towards being a part of a team that will strive to work as ONE to accomplish much.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and for considering all that I have to offer your team and school.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
