Over the past few years, I have volunteered with sick kids as an Ambassador at the Children's Healing Center, face painted for kids at a Family Outreach event, a service that provides therapy to kids and families in less fortunate areas of Grand Rapids, helped teach little kids how to row, volunteer at other minor events in my area, and raised money for organizations like Nothing But Nets and Red Cross. In addiction, I have competed in DECA, an international business club, at a state level multiple times. Athletically, I have attend states and CSSRA both my freshman and junior years for rowing, competing in finals and semi finals multiple times at both events, including winning the State Championship in the Junior 4+ my sophomore year, and participated in two undefeated golf seasons while attending Forest Hills Northern High School.
I am also proud of some of my academic achievements. I am two years ahead of standard math, taking AP Calculus BC (calculus 1 & 2), and plan on taking Calculus 3 and AP Stats my senior year. I’m also enrolled in numerous honors and AP classes.
