I am in my junior year and I am definitely committed to rowing at the collegiate level. I started rowing my freshmen year and I can honestly say that this is the hardest I have ever worked for something. I am very dedicated and I believe this could be what brings me to college. I am very team and family oriented and I feel that being part of a team is like a job where you can’t just not work hard and not try. Like a job, you have to show up and give your best efforts, this is how I feel about rowing. You can’ just expect to win races and get the benefits, and “payment”, without putting the work in.
