My name is Jasmine Leheta. As a junior in high school I am focused on planning for my future, knowing it’s coming so quickly. I am actively involved in extra curricular activities in school, on several sports teams and within my community, but my passion is rowing.
My dream is to continue rowing competitively throughout high school and earn a spot on a varsity team.
Longer term I hope to attend law school and become a lawyer. For the past two summers, I worked for a local criminal law firm, which helped to confirm my interest in law, as a course of study.
I enjoy giving back to my community and am actively involved in volunteering with my local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, the Niagara Centre for Independent Living and my school. I look forward to being part of a school that will be an extension of my family. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
