- We train 2 to 3 times a week as a team and are given additional workouts for the other days. You are also expected to keep working out and stay in shape even if a workout is not given to you directly.

- We typically train 7 days a week. Typically, 6 on the water and 1 on the erg. Our practices are 2.5 hours each night.
