Personal Statement

I believe heavily in the importance of community support as well as personal growth and development. There are many positive qualities I attribute to myself, but most importantly I am dependable. As shown in my capability to maintain my GPA, being on time and well prepared are priorities that can not be overlooked in any aspect of my life. I feel that doing otherwise would be an injustice to not only my authorities, but myself as well. With my strong work ethic and outgoing tendencies, I find it absolutely necessary to empower others to strive for their full potential. I am very confident in my abilities to lead and drive my peers to do better academically as well as socially. On the other hand, I encourage peers, teachers, and others around me to become more worldly and develop an understanding of certain areas I could work on to become a better person. If I am given the opportunity to be in a leadership position, I do not take it for granted as it reflects my purpose and responsibility as a young adult. Not only do I find opportunities to become a leader important, but service opportunities as well. We have a moral obligation within our society to do as much as we can when we can for those in need.

By striving to meet team and individual goals, I can feel I have done my part in helping to lift a heavy burden on those who struggle athletically or academically. I can ensure that I will put my best foot forward and work hard to positively contribute to our community wherever that may be. Thank you for your consideration.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
