Hannah Moody '17 Recruiting Profile

I am a 2017 attacking center mid playing with the Gulf Coast Texans out of Pensacola, Florida. I also played with GSA ECNL as a discovery player in 2015. I have been playing since I was four years old, competitively since the age of six and I desire to play at the collegiate level. I played high school varsity soccer in my 7th & 8th grade year, but decided during my Freshman year to focus on Club and ECNL full-time so I could play at the highest level possible.

As a central midfielder I have excellent vision to pick a pass, and a good understanding of how to control tempo. I may not be the flashiest player, but most coaches describe me as the anchor of the team. I am consistent, reliable, unshakable, and constantly contributing. I am extremely composed on the field and very strong at one touch passing. I am extremely competitive both in the tackle and in the air. I feel most players cannot see most of the things I see in regards to creating an attack and sustaining possession. I also take the majority of the corner kicks and set pieces on all my teams because of my placement of the ball and long range accuracy. 

I have a 4.5 GPA and currently ranked 13th in my graduating class of 461. I am taking all Honors/AP classes. I am a member of the National Honor Society. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match.
