Ainsley Carlon '23 Recruiting Profile

 Hello, I am Ainsley Carlon and I'm in the class of 2023. I am from Chandler, Arizona, and I am not like any player you have ever seen before. I can play any position on the field; last year I played 6 positions on my team, including goalkeeper. My primary positions are forward or outside back and have scored 10 or more goals in each of the last 3 seasons.  As a defender, I look to not only stop opportunities down the line, but I also look to get in the box with the chance to score.  I play with an attacking mindset, so when I get the ball, I take the space I can before looking to switch the point, pass, or hit the ball down the line. Along with my abilities on the field, I do CrossFit training to help keep myself fit and healthy. The grit I possess has led me to better my game exponentially, allowing my skill to be comparable to the top players in my age group. Off the field, in the classroom, I am in the top 5% of my class and have maintained a 4.5 GPA with the most Honors and AP courses that are currently offered to me. I am also a part of the National Honor's Society, French National Honor's Society, and I am the treasurer in the French Honor's Society and my school's French club. The ability to endure and face change head-on is one of my other strong suits.
