2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
I am currently a junior at Mountain Ridge where I play midfield for both my RSL Club team and my high school team. I currently have a 4.72 GPA and ranked number one out of my class of 658 students. I have been in the gifted program since 3rd grade and am currently enrolled in the Gifted Academy at my high school. I am looking for a college/university where I can play soccer and also purse a degree in pre med. I am a focused player and student and do not settle for anything less than my personal best. I want to work very hard and learn as much as I can during the remainder of my high school years to bring my best to a college soccer program. My soccer IQ grows each season and I hope to be a lifelong learner of the game. I hope to continue to be a valuable contributor to the sports community by becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Injury.
