JUCO TRANSFER: I have just graduated from Western Nebraska Community College with an Associates Degree in Pre-Athletic Training.  Now that I've done my two years there I am looking a University to play soccer at and finish my degree. I'm taking a year off to work and save up to help pay for my school. I am currently playing for Nanaimo United Womens Premier Team. I have always strived to play at the highest level available to me. I'm very competitive, aggressive and a strong team player; my coaches have always praised me for my team leadership as well as my coach-ability. I had ACL surgery on my right knee in April 2013; many would think that this was a set back but it has only made me stronger and more determined, as well as a more versatile player since I am now equally skilled with both feet. Even before my injury I had a strong interest in physiotherapy and sports therapy, having been through the process I know that is my future career. I am, therefore, looking for a school that offers the opportunity to pursue either physiotherapy or sports therapy as a field of study.
