For me, the question isn't will I play soccer in college, but where will I play. Because there is nothing I am more certain about or will ever be more certain about than my love and dedication to soccer.
From the first day I touched a soccer ball I knew that no other sport would do for me. I love this game and the impact its had on my life on and off the field. The game has taught me discipline, work ethic, sportsmanship, accountability and determination. I play every game as it could be my last and each training session as an opportunity to become a better player.
Its not just about playing at the highest level but also attending an academic program that will not only challenge me but help me excel in my pursuit of my Nursing degree. When my soccer career does end, after a professional career, I would like to fulfill another dream of mine becoming a nurse and helping other people.
I am an extremely humble person even with my many accomplishments and talent. For any coach that takes a chance on me. You will get a goal driven, coachable and hard working individual. My change of pace, technical ability and desire to win are all something not only my teammates can attest too but my coaches love about me.
My education is just as important to me and I utilize the same attitude off the field as I do on it, in order to succeed. My high academic marks show my level of dedication and consistency to my education. I strive to be the best student I can possibly be and will continue to strive to achieve the best marks possible in college.
I cant wait to be able to achieve my goals, as I know I will achieve them.
