As a child, I presented some signs of social anxiety, problems with speech, and OCD. My parents hoped soccer would be the answer to my symptoms, and at the age of 6 they signed me up in a soccer club. I thank my parents for making that decision because soccer has become my salvation. Today, I am very outgoing, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and I am an excellent student. Soccer has allowed me to gain confidence and leadership skills. I am always pushing myself to be the best I can be, and I am always there to support my teammates.  My goal is to be able to play college soccer as a defensive center midfielder in the near future. My dedication and ability to balance academics and sports makes me an asset to any college organization. I hope I am given the opportunity to show my skills, you won’t regret it!
