In the latest high school season my coach described me as a leader and someone to look up to on and off the field. I started playing soccer when I was eight years old and my passion for the game grows everyday. Many coaches in the past have told me I am one of the hardest working players they have seen. I practice two to three times a week with my team and I try to private train at least twice a week. I primarily play center back but I can also play defensive midfield, outside back, and attacking midfield. Of my abilities I would say my best is reading the field, this makes me a very versatile asset to any team. I'm very coachable, have a positive attitude, and welcome advice from coaches. After every game I take time to reflect on what I did well and what I can improve on.
I balance soccer and school maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I hope to go to a college that pushes me both in the classroom and on the field. Starting my junior year I plan to take AP Psychology and AP US History to further advance my high school education and prepare me for college. I am a hard-working student athlete who knows what can be accomplished by perseverance and determination. I'm looking for a program that will challenge and offer growth to me as a student and a player.
