Samantha Ramirez '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Samantha Ramirez I am a 5’5 125lbs.  left or right winger at Hillcrest High School. Apart of the class of 2022, as of now I have an average GPA of 3.75 and a weighted GPA of a 4.0. I believe I would be a great assest for your team as an attacking player because I always put effort into what I do on and off the field, when I’m on the ball I work well under pressure, am incredibly fast, and I create unique plays for scoring opportunities. Freshman year of high school, my team made it all the way to quarterfinals of CIF and we made history for our school! It was truly an exciting experience for me, especially to have a starting position on the varsity team. That experience has led me to set high goals for the rest of my high school and future college career. 

Soccer brings me happiness, the thrill of competition and long lasting bonds. I want to continue playing the sport for as long as I can, with that being said, for college, I am looking for a team with good character and competitiveness that strive to do their best, and a welcoming environment. Academically, I am looking for a school that offers me the opportunity to study nursing or kinesiology. As a student athlete I take pride in having strong grades, I also take pride by playing soccer by being quick on my feet, reading the opponents, using my speed, and having strong work ethic. I value having a positive attitude on and off the field. I am a determined player who always puts in the effort and who leaves it all out on the field.
