I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. I have always wanted to go to college not only to earn a degree, but as a Soccer athlete too. To get a foot in the college soccer door, I've gone to soccer ID camps at colleges over several different summer breaks, twice at Stanford University and once at Santa Clara University. I'm also looking forward to trying out some different ID camps at other colleges as well.
I have strong legs and I'm fast with and without the ball. I am a team player and try to lead by example while also encouraging and pushing my teammates to become better. Coaches have told me that I am very coachable and easy to work with. I strive to become a better, stronger, and faster soccer player. I work hard and push myself to get better.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer at local youth soccer camps and am currently applying to join leadership at my high school as sophomore.
I want to attend a college where I can work hard in class while working hard out on the field. I am open to all colleges and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to people in my community and make my family proud.
