My name is Hattie Taylor. I am 14 years old and a freshman at Morro Bay High School. I play club soccer year round for Legacy United Soccer Club, G99 in Templeton, Ca. I have played soccer since I was seven years old, and have competed in club soccer for three years. I love the sport very much. I am dedicated to soccer, on and off the field. To better my conditioning, agility, and soccer skills, I run cross-country and track in the high school soccer off-season at the Varsity level. I always give 100% and strive to do my best. My strengths include: strong soccer fundamentals, knowledge of the game, and conditioning. I am a strong team member getting along well with my teammates. Many of my coaches tell me I am coachable.
Soccer is my main focus but I am more than just an athlete. During the school year, I play flute in our school band, volunteer with a local nonprofit, and condition on my own. I am dedicated, committed, disciplined and have excellent time management skills. I manage these extracurricular activities while maintaining straight A’s in all my classes, one of which is an honors class.
My goal is to go to college, and attain the education needed to have a career in the medical field.
