Kadence Payne '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kadence Payne I am 5'3 and weigh 125 lbs. Sports have always played a major role in my life. Ever since I was 6 soccer has been my life. Ever since I stepped on the pitch for the first time I knew I was in love and would continue to work towards being a better athlete. School also gave me a chance to express my talents as an athlete. PE teachers quickly had acknowledged my capabilities and allowed for me to learn new talents on the pitch, running the track, and playing flag football. 

While in the midst of learning about sports I also enjoyed learning within the classroom. I've always focused on keeping my grades up and staying curious and engaged in what I learned about. 

Now that I have made it past a pandemic, injuries, wins, and loses my ambition is to join a university who has built a community within the team and has the subject that will allow me to pursue my career and achieve my goal of making a difference.
