Hi Coach, my name is Isabelle Sandoval and I am a junior at Notre Dame high school in San Jose, Ca. and I play on Santa Clara Sporting 03 white girls during the club season. My main position is attacking mid (10) and the second position is center forward (9). Soccer has always been apart of my life, I have been playing soccer since kindergarten and started to play competitively at 9 years old. I believe I can contribute to your team as I have worked for years on my foot skills, I scan the field for the best past quickly and anticipate the ball/play throughout the game. For example, I scan the field before each play to see where my next option is before I receive the ball. I run into gaps to receive the ball or to open up for other players. I am constantly moving on the field even after I pass the ball to get open for the next play. When I mess up I try to fix my mistake and I am open to feedback,
I believe soccer teams can only be successful by players working well together, communicating throughout the game, and being a coachable player. I am always looking for ways to improve and to learn from my coaches and teammates. Each year, I get more excited about learning and improving my game and I believe I can be a great contributor to your program. Thank you for your consideration.
