My parents have always played a huge role in my life and have influenced me to become the young lady/athlete I am today. My success and achievements in both academics and athletics are because my parents have pushed me and supported me throughout the whole process. I started becoming interested in soccer around the age of 8/9. I started off playing AYSO and eventually found my way up to club.
Throughout playing this amazing sport, I’ve learned to build a more confident person within myself. I’ve learned many things on what it takes to become a respected leader and teammate on and off the field. My academic goals for high school are to graduate with almost a 4.0 or over a 4.0 GPA and for college I plan on pursuing a career in the medical field. Like anything in life, I’ve experienced barriers and obstacles throughout my journey, but with my family’s support and my faith in Christ, I was able to overcome them. Even though I am a tri-athlete, soccer is my passion and I am determined to play in college.
